Funding: Grant Aid from the Department of Finance and Advice and Aid contributions from clients.

Objectives: To provide legal aid as authorised in the Legal Aid Act 1995 to those who satisfy eligibility criteria.

Services: Legal Services as authorised under the Civil Legal Aid Act 1995. Primarily – Family Law and other areas that are not designated areas under the Civil Legal Aid Act, e.g. criminal matters, rights and interests in, and over land except those emanating from Family Law proceedings and authorised by the Board.
