Objectives: An umbrella group of representatives of voluntary organisations, state and semi-state bodies and interested individuals, endeavouring to achieve a barrier-free environment in which people with disabilities, sensory impaired and the less able can function freely in our community.

Services: Regularly monitor planning applications to identify any potential hazards or problems prior to commencement or completion of projects. Survey existing buildings and monitor the external built environment, i.e. streetscapes, parking, etc. and negotiate with the relevant council to achieve an ‘access friendly’ environment.
